More and more bipartisan support for the death penalty in Missouri as Republicans are quickly agreeing that the death penalty is not applied fairly, goes against conservative principles, and comes at a huge monetary cost in the form of tax-payer money.
Chairman Rob Schaaf (Republican) said yesterday after the hearing that as long as it is “not fairly applied … I’m going to be opposed to the death penalty.”
