Khaliifah is finally getting his day in court where the evidence of his innocence will be considered by a judge. On August 21st, St. Louis County will take center stage at an evidentiary hearing that could determine Khaliifah’s fate. Khaliifah is scheduled to be executed on September 24th, this is a critical moment in his decade long fight for justice and freedom.
This is Missouri’s moment of truth—and it’s our opportunity to show the world where we stand. We need a massive show of force to demand that our state does the right thing. We cannot let another innocent life be taken on our watch.
